In here, travelers will gain information about do’s and dont’s and pay the entrance fees and accommodation.
We recommend our travelers to do Wae Rebo trip in three days and two nights by considering it takes roughly 4 hours of drive from Ruteng or Labuan Bajo to Denge before trekking to Wae Rebo and followed with a two hour trekking on an a 5 km jungle trek. Making it just day sound rushed because you will be in the village when it is about to be dark and it also depends on your pace and agility. Since the drive experience is through the south coast with gorgeous viewpoints, it would be an added experience to your trip to Wae Rebo. So, on day 1, you could stay in a beautiful lodge sets in the middle of the paddy field in between mountain and sea is miraculous and next morning, you will trek to Wae Rebo when most of visitors do the opposite and let the village be on its own, just local people and their morning activities that angage you to be a part of the experience.

This Wae Rebo Tour is an adventure tour. You will drive though the winding road of mountainous areas, trekking in the rain forest, sleeping in basic accommodations, and eating simple and local meals. Driving on the windy road, lots of ups and downs and some bumpy roads especially the road to Dintor. At Wae Rebo Lodge, Dintor you will sleep in an AC or non-AC room depending on your selection. Because it is located in the middle of rice fields, don’t be surprised if there are some friends in the room such as geckos or insects, but here I am sure you will like their food because it is simple but delicious. For Wae Rebo village, you will share a room with other visitors who are also there when you visit. Because there is no limit on the number of visitors, you will most likely be accommodated by many people sleeping in one room with a maximum of 30 people. You will be provided with pillows, blankets and sleeping mattresses. As for food, you will eat rice, omelet and vegetables as the main food, including coffee or tea as a drink.
