Itinerary
This tour is perfecly designed for travelers who want to extend their stay in Labuan Bajo before or after they have explored the private tour to Komodo National Park with Flores Traveler
Day 1: Labuan Bajo-Ruteng
Your tour guide and driver will pick you up from Komodo Airport, Labuan Bajo and then from the airport, you will have lunch in Labuan Bajo before driving for about 4 hours to Ruteng, the east part of Labuan Bajo. In Ruteng, you will dine and overnight in Ruteng.
Day 2: Ruteng
Start the morning with a short drive to a spectacular lookout over a sea of rice terraces stretching across the valleys and up the slopes of the mountains that surround Ruteng and afterward, you experience the atmosphere by trekking around the paddy fields called Lingko Ratung started with a short visit to Wulang Pari Kopi to see coffee home industry well-known in Indonesia. Lunch in Ruteng. After lunch, you will visit Tuke traditional village, one of the oldest villages in Ruteng and then end it up with a visit to traditional market of Ruteng to see locals’ activities.
Day 3: Ruteng
Start at 8 am from your hotel, biking through the city to the north via Karot, Sondeng, Golo Bilas, Kenda, Ting, pass Wae Ngencung river to Pela, Watu Alo and back to Ruteng.

Day 4: Flores Jungle Trekking
Your Flores jungle trek starts after breakfast in Golo Lusang (1600 mbl) and trek for 14 km through the lush green rainforest. The main activity is totally trekking in the middle for jungle and good options for those who like to do botanic tours. As a bonus, you can see the stunning Cunca Rede waterfall at the end of your trekking and also see the local traditions of arak distillation. You also will try local cuisines for your lunch in Colol Village after about 8 km of your trekking.
Day 5: Ruteng-Labuan Bajo
You will leave Ruteng for Labuan Bajo and visit Cunca Plias waterfall and enjoy a stunning lunch place at La Quoriena Botanical Villa & Cafe, an hour drive before you arrive in Labuan Bajo.
